Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Joseph Thompson, founder of Vessels of Grace and Founder For Good, graduate of Texas A&M University and married in August 2017 to my beautiful wife, Bethany.

Currently, we are living in Trenčín, Slovakia, serving and helping teach the local people the English language and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

In addition to serving in Slovakia, we will have the incredible opportunity to travel and explore other parts of Europe.

My two main passions are: Solving problems and Helping Others.

I enjoy learning, reading, and traveling – really anything that will itch my curiosity!

How Do I Define the Word ‘Good’?

Here at Founder For Good, I define the word ‘good‘ as “that which is morally right” or “beneficial or advantageous to someone or something.” 

‘Good‘ is so much more than an adjective… it’s a lifestyle.

Why Does This Blog Exist?

My goal with Founder For Good is to build a blog and community exploring the research behind living a balanced, whole, and meaningful life – the good life.

I know there are tons of writings out there on how to create great content and live great lives; everyone should strive to create material of quality. But, I want to challenge everyone, myself included, to take a step back and ponder…

“Am I doing good for my customers?”

“Am I truly serving them with what I create?”

Let’s not only focus on turning good into greatness, but also to turn what is great into goodness.
